Checking the authenticity of customer ratings in our own shop rating system

Each consumer rating in our own shop rating system is checked for authenticity before it is published to ensure that ratings only come from consumers who have actually purchased the rated products.

Before we activate a rating, we verify it manually by comparing the rating with the order history in order to make a previous product purchase a necessary condition for publication.
