Outside of the warranty, we offer Europe-wide repair service for DISKLOK. This refers exclusively to the installation of a new lock when the old one has become unusable or the key has been broken off. Mechanical problems on the hand lever and locking mechanism as well as on the connections of the two DISKLOK trays are, unfortunately, irreparable.
Here’s how it works:
- Let us know in advance by email about your problem with DISKLOK. Maybe we can find a simple solution to your problem. If not, you will receive an order number from us.
- The simplest and quickest way is to pay directly online here in the shop. If this is not what
you want, then processing is done as described in 3.
- Enter this order number in the repair order form. The repair order form can be found here.
- You will then receive an invoice for the repair order by e-mail. Pay this invoice and send us your DISKLOK via fully-paid post at the same time. Please note that we do not accept packages with delivery costs.
- After the repair is completed (lock change), we will return your DISKLOK free of charge.
Scope: Your DISKLOK is delivered with a new lock and 3 new keys.
