This includes:
a. Customer service hotline by telephone, fax, and email for all problems with the DISKLOK product.
b. Online service center at
c. Repair service for all problems not covered by the warranty.
d. Warranty service.

In order to provide you with all necessary services, we need your complete registration documents in order to process the 3-year warranty on your DISKLOK product.

Please take the time to use the online registration form after your purchase.

Please note that we do not provide any services for direct buyers from Amazon or other providers!
